Dar er Salam

Your guide will greet you at the airport and take you to your hotel,or close to the bus station, where you can rest for a few hours and refresh before the bus ride.

Mai Kilimanjaro Home Stay

In the morning your guide will meet you at your hotel and escort you to the bus station where you will take the 8 am bus to Marangu Mtoni.

You guide will provide you with a lunchbox to have along the way.

Your safari guide will meet you at the bus and escort you to your hotel where you will have a briefing for the safari starting the next day.

Lake Manyara

7:00 am- Breakfast

7:30 am- Your guide will meet you at your hotel and you will depart for safari!  On the way out of Arusha your guide can take you banks, currency exchange, supermarket, or anywhere else you need for last minute preparations.

You will do a morning game drive at Lake Manyara.  At lunchtime you will go to Kirumumu Lodge for a wonderful hot lunch.  After lunch and a rest, we will return to Lake Manyara for late afternoon game drive.

Here you will see giraffes, flamingos and other beautiful birds. Tree climbing lions and baboons are common here.

Ngorongoro Crater

7:00 am- Breakfast

7:30 am- Depart for day 2!

You will make the drive from the lodge to the famous Ngorongoro Conservation Area.

We will descend into Ngorongoro crater and enjoy game drive, possibly seeing black rhinos, lions, buffaloes, zebras, and more!! 

We will enjoy a carefully packed picnic lunch at Ngoitok’tok swamp while viewing hippos swimming.

In the late afternoon you will head out of the crater and towards the border of Serengeti. You will have game drive en route.

Dinner and overnight will be in Serengeti.

Serengeti

7:00 am- enjoy breakfast at your hotel

7:30 am- This will be a full day of game drive and you will see enjoy the paradise of Serengeti!!

Viewing the magnificent landscape of the plains where thousands of species of African animals live in balance.

Elephants, crocodiles, lions, cheetah, leopard, gazelles, waterbuck, ostrich and many, many more!

A picnic lunch will be served in the park, and hot dinner will be enjoyed at the lodge.

Lake Natron

 Today you will do an early morning game drive inside Serengeti, as you head towards the Northern Border.  This program will take you on the alternative route, via Lake Natron. You will continue viewing game en route.  It is common to see giraffes, zebra, wildebeest, gazelle, baboon, and more.  This drive offers insight into the real rural Tanzania, Maasai people, and village life.

We will have lovely views of Oldonyo Lengai, rural Tanzania, and wildlife.

We will stop at Oldoinyo Lengai Village, Lake Natron

●               Here you will do a waterfall trek , including picnic lunch

         OR

●               Game drive for bird watching and views of Oldoinyo Lengai at Lake Natron. The lake is home to many, many species of birds such as pelicans, yellow-billed storks, and hadada ibis.  Lake Natron is a special breeding site of flamingos and is known for viewing thousands of flamingos at one time. Picnic lunch will be served here.                                                                                                            OR

●               Visit Maasai Village to learn about  Maasai culture, go inside a boma, and admire beadwork of maasai women, followed by picnic lunch

We will jump back into Landcruiser to complete the journey to Arusha or Moshi town.

You will enjoy a lovely dinner at your hotel.

Dar es Salaam

Your guide will meet you at 5:30 am and escort you to the 6:00 am bus to Dar es Salaam.  Your guide will meet you upon arrival and escort you via taxi to the airport in time for your flight at 20:00.
